North America Railroad Professional Services, LLC (NARPS) is backed by over fifty (50) years of dedicated railroad service and forty (40) years publishing experience in the railroad industry. NARPS provides consulting services and professional assistance to existing railroads, as well as new start-up rail operations. NARPS' services include, but not limited to, providing assistance, training and compliance with industry standards, practices and reporting procedures; and, preparation and publication of railroad tariffs, quotes, contracts, circulars, adoption notices,etc., including filing with the Surface Transportation Board (STB) where required, along with distribution of pricing information through the rail industries Rate EDI Network (REN).
